Terms of Service — MTG Radar

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the MTG Radar mobile applications or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Community Code of Conduct & In-Person Safety

MTG Radar is built for a welcoming, respectful, and safe tabletop gaming community:

Respect & Fair Play: Harassment, hate speech, bullying, toxicity, and discriminatory behavior are strictly prohibited.
Public Venues Recommended: We strongly encourage meeting in public locations such as Local Game Stores (LGS), libraries, or board game cafes when playing with new community members.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Accounts found engaging in stalking, threatening behavior, or impersonation will be permanently banned immediately.

3. Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy

MTG Radar is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. © Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Magic: The Gathering, mana symbols, card names, and expansion symbols are registered trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. MTG Radar is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.

4. Local Game Store (LGS) Ambassador Guidelines

Store owners and tournament organizers granted Ambassador status agree to publish truthful event schedules, adhere to fair play standards, and provide accurate table capacity and amenity information to the community.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

MTG Radar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we provide safety features such as coarse PostGIS location jittering and user blocking, users are solely responsible for their physical safety and in-person interactions.
